We did a master bathroom makeover and a casita expansion for the client so they had plenty of room for family to visit without crowding the main house.. This was the first client I ever worked for in Arizona. This is one of several projects I have worked on for them, and this one took about three years of planning to bring to reality.

This was the first client I ever worked for in AZ, and I have worked with them on several occasions, but this design, discussions, and development took about 3 years to get out of the earth to a reality.

Chris and I would like to sincerely thank you for the amazing job you and your crew did while renovating our home. We knew from the start that we were in good hands. Your professionalism and attention to detail were excellent as was the quality of the work and follow through. Your timely reporting of updates in the contract, payments, and work completed were always accurate and thorough. Never any add-ons or confusion.
While it could have been stressful being thousands of miles away during the renovation, the weekly reports outlining the work that had been finished that week, what you expected to complete the following week, and the unfinished items in the job along with many photos reassured us that the job was running smoothly. Even as the renovation winds down, your sincere desire to see the job though remains. Your crew has been a pleasure to work with - always responsive and always eager to please. It is a moot point to write that we would not hesitate to ask you to work on additional jobs because that has already begun. In addition, we are planning to refurbish one more area of our home and will once again look to Gus Brothers. We would not hesitate to highly recommend you to our friends and family. We feel very fortunate to have found you. We wish you all the best and look forward to working with you in the future.

One of my favorite all-time projects and clients. I have personally been involved in over 1000 projects in my career, and this is one of the most incredible transformations of an existing structure I have been involved with. The Design (form 180) was perfect, and GBC executed it perfectly.
GBC defied every contractor stereotype — they were on time, provided detailed budgets, worked with our vendors, communicated changes and issues quickly, and provided weekly progress reports. They also finished our full remodel on time.
It was the most organized home project we've experienced. And we have the GBC project binder to prove it. Gus Brothers gets it done!

Moon Valley Transitional
This project was a wonderful experience, and GBC partnered with the designer (C.Stark Design) to create a light, transitional place to congregate in the kitchen for morning coffee, evening dinner, or an neighborhood gathering to take advantage of Arizona's weather with a functional indoor/outdoor living space.

We hired Gus Brothers Construction to do a complete remodel on our kitchen. From our initial meeting, it was obvious by Dave’s energy and attitude that he loves what he does. Dave and his team are talented and trustworthy. Working with them was a genuine pleasure from demo to completion. Dave and Chip, his general manager, are exceptional communicators. Each Friday we received a detailed email, along with pictures reviewing all the work which had been completed and what to expect for the week ahead. When issues arose, they were quick to weigh the options and solve the problem. Everyone on the crew was courteous and knowledgeable in their field. Thank you, Gus Brothers Construction, for designing and building a gorgeous new kitchen which exceeded our vision and expectations.

My early career started with new home construction, and I loved this project -- being able to start from scratch was an absolute joy. Working with the architecture firm Eric L Meyerowitz and developer, we were able to execute this spec home for Whiskey Creek Properties to sell.
Desert Ridge Transitional
This professional family needed to bring a WOW factor to their master bath in their 90s home. GBC worked with Creative Edge Interiors to develop this great transitional master bathroom that will work will for years to come.
We love our new bathroom! It turned out exactly like we wanted. The project went smoother than we expected. It also caused less interruptions in our daily lives than we anticipated. The teams did a good job of keeping the materials and debris contained, and the house was protected from any consequential damage. It was super easy to communicate with Chip, and he kept us constantly updated on the progress and what to expect next. The support and communication definitely exceeded our expectations. Chip made it easy to ask questions and work through anything that came up. Plus he’s just a great guy to work and chat with. We would refer GBC to our friends, which really says it all.
