You will meet with Dave Gustafson, President and owner of GBC, to review your construction ideas, needs, wants and dreams to develop a strategy for your project. GBC will provide a complete detailed budget and proposal for the scope of work based on these discussions.  We present our proposals in person, so our clients have an opportunity to ask questions and review  everything to ensure we have captured everything you are looking for in your project.

GBC uses a three phase approach, focusing on documents, products and scheduling. We first gather and create all the required design and construction documents. Then, we consult with you and the designer to select the finishes and design elements that will complete your vision. Finally, we create and adhere to a detailed timeline for the execution of the project. Communication is key in all phases to ensure goals are met and you, our client, are happy.

Your project will be supervised daily by one of our experienced GBC field superintendents.  Onsite  review of the construction progress, scope of work, and execution are shared with you through regular communication, which includes scheduled email updates. We are only a phone call away if questions arise.

After your project is completed, GBC will do a complete walkthrough with the owner to review all project-related items. We provide a detailed report including all products and materials used and their warranties.   We also offer a 2-10 Home Buyer warranty in addition to our standard warranty, which will be detailed at project completion.
